By choosing to work with Sandra Gebhardt Marketing (“we,” “our,” or “Sandra Gebhardt”), you’re agreeing to the following terms — aka the ground rules that keep everything clear, fair, and flowing forward.

1. No Refund Policy

Let’s get this one out of the way:

All purchases, payments, deposits, and program enrollments are non-refundable.

This includes consulting sessions, digital products, group programs, trainings, event tickets, and retainers.

Why? Because when you commit to your growth, we do too. We pour strategy, experience, and a bit too much energy into everything we deliver — and we expect the same commitment in return. Show up. Do the work. Get the results. No refunds, no exceptions.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, videos, downloads, and content shared with you are the intellectual property of Sandra Gebhardt Marketing. You’re welcome to use them for your own business and personal growth — but copying, sharing, or reselling them without permission is a no-go.

3. Respect & Responsibility

We reserve the right to remove any client from any program, course, or community if behavior is deemed disrespectful, harmful, or out of alignment with our values. This includes inappropriate language, trolling, or not playing nice in group settings.

4. Your Results Are Up to You

We give you the tools, training, and support — but we can’t do the push-ups for you. Your results depend on your effort, mindset, and implementation. We’ll guide you, encourage you, challenge you, and cheer you on. You’re the one in the driver’s seat.

5. Payment Terms

If you’re on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in removal from programs or services until payments are brought current. Missed payments don’t mean canceled obligations — it just means delayed access.

6. Let’s Keep It Honest

Communication is key. If something’s off, or life throws a curveball, reach out. We’re here to help and collaborate — not ghost or guess. But you’ve gotta show up for that part too.

By purchasing or participating in any Sandra Gebhardt Marketing service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
